Navigating the complexities of mental health: reflections on suicide, pandemic, and future paths

Abstract
Some themes remain indisputably intricate, challenging, and impactful in the halls of science, in a world driven by technological advances and innovative discoveries. Mental health, a complex domain of human experience, has always been at the heart of these discussions. In recent years, the repercussions of the global pandemic have brought to light a critical aspect of this discourse that needs to be debated: suicide rates and their possible interconnection with the events surrounding us.
