Abstract
RESUMO
O presente artigo busca compreender como ocorre o trabalho do psicólogo junto a equipe de saúde a partir da perspectiva da psicanálise, que compreende o trabalho multidisciplinar extremamente relevante para o aumento da qualidade do atendimento aos pacientes e seus familiares. Assim, buscar-se-á refletir sob à luz de alguns teóricos psicanalíticos que trouxeram grandes contribuições ao campo de atuação do psicólogo no âmbito da saúde, enfatizar as vantagens e dificuldades inerentes do trabalho em equipe e evidenciar possíveis soluções para esta dificuldade de relacionamento profissional nas instituições de saúde.

ABSTRACT
This article aims to understand the work of the psychologist with the health team, from the psychoanalysis perspective, which indicates the importance of the multidisciplinary work, once it could raise the quality of the patients and their families’ treatment. Therefore, based on some psychoanalytic academic contributions in the psychologist health field, this article will try to think over the advantages and the difficulties related to the work team and point some possible suggestions to the professional relationship in health institutions.
