Cútis Laxa Adquirida: Relato de Caso/ Acquired Cutis Laxa: Case Reported

Abstract
Introdução: A Cútis Laxa é uma doença que resulta na alteração do tecido elástico, tornando a pele frouxa. A forma adquirida é mais rara e tem etiopatogenia desconhecida. Casuística: Foi relatado o caso de uma paciente com Cútis laxa adquirida e acometimento na região periocular, sem alterações sistêmicas. O diagnóstico foi confirmado através da biópsia de pele e história clínica. A paciente foi submetida à cirurgia plástica reparadora, no entanto teve retorno do quadro anterior. Discussão: Os dados clínicos, epidemiológicos e histopatológicos deste trabalho mostram-se compatíveis com as descrições da literatura. Não possui tratamento específico. Conclusão: Este relato visa alertar a classe médica sobre a existência e importância desta patologia e seu diagnóstico precoce, a fim de evitar maiores prejuízos anatômicos e estéticos aos pacientes.
Introduction: The Cutis Laxa is a disease that results in a change of elastic tissue, making the skin loose. The acquired form is more rare and pathogenesis is unknown. Casuistic: It will be reported the case of a patient with acquired Cutis laxa and involvement in the periocular region, without systemic changes. The diagnosis was confirmed by skin biopsy and clinical history. The patient underwent reconstructive plastic surgery, but had returned the previous frame. Discussion: The clinical, epidemiological and histopathological study showed this to be compatible with the literature descriptions. It has no specific treatment. Conclusion: This report aims to alert the physicians about the existence and importance of this pathology, early diagnosis in order to avoid further damage to patients anatomical and aesthetic.
