Avaliação da Atenção Primária na Visão dos Profissionais de Saúde / Evaluation of Primary Care in the View of Health Professionals

Abstract
Objetivos: Avaliar a qualidade do serviço prestado em unidades de Atenção Primária à Saúde em um município do sul de Minas Gerais, descrevendo os componentes precursores de uma boa realização das atividades propostas pelo Ministério da Saúde. Materiais e Métodos: O estudo segue a abordagem descritiva em campo e a coleta de dados será feita através das respostas dadas a um questionário estruturado (Escore PCATool – Primary Care Assessment Tool). A amostra foi de 60 profissionais de Atenção Básica, sendo 27 oriundos de Unidades Básicas de Saúde e 33 de Estratégia Saúde da Família. Resultados: Os dados encontrados com a aplicação do Escore foram classificados em quatro categorias: péssimo, regular, bom e ótimo segundo as notas apresentadas, sendo assim 30% dos entrevistados ao serem analisados obtiveram uma classificação “ÓTIMA” dos serviços de saúde, 48% “BOM”, 22% regular e 0% “PÉSSIMO”, já que nenhum escore obteve pontuação inferior à 4,0. Conclusão: Há muito ainda o que se conhecer no âmbito da Atenção Primária, cada profissional tem atividades restritivas ao cargo que ocupam na unidade o que lhe proporciona uma visão diferente da rotina e de seus benefícios, tendo em vista que profissionais mais antigos são àqueles que têm maior atuação e que acabam, por sua vez, tendo as maiores pontuações no escore.

ABSTRACT
Objectives: To assess the quality of service in the primary health care units in a southern city of Minas Gerais, describing the precursor components of a successful execution of the proposed activities by the Ministry of Health. Materials and Methods: The study follows a descriptive approach in the field and data collection will be done by the answers to an existing structured questionnaire (score PCATool - Primary Care Assessment Tool). The sample consisted of 60 professionals of Primary Care, 27 originated from UBS ( Basic Health Units) and 33 ESF( Family Health Strategy). Results: The data obtained with the application of the score were classified into four categories: bad, regular, good and great, according to the presented notes, so, when analysed, 30% of respondents obtained a rating of "EXCELLENT" in health services, 48% "GOOD", 22% regular and 0% "POOR", since no score got lower than the punctuation 4.0. Conclusion: There is much still to be known within the PrimaryAttention, for each professional has restrictive activities in the position they occupy in the unit which gives them a different view of the routine and its benefits, given that older workers are those who have higher performance and eventually, in turn, they are the ones with the highest scores in the score.
