Abstract
Na tentativa de alterar as taxas de morbimortalidade, em novembro de 2017, foi publicado o novo guidelinepela American Heart Association sugerindo que o limite pressórico para o diagnóstico de hipertensão fosse de 130 mmHg para a pressão arterial sistólica (PAS) (ao invés de 140 mmHg) e 80 mmHg para a pressão arterial diastólica (PAD) (ao invés de 90 mmHg)
Trying to change the mobimortaly rates, in November 2017, the new guideline published by American Heart Association suggested that the limit for diagnosis of hypertension would be 130mmHg for systolic blood pressure (instead 140mmHg) and 80mmHg for diastolic blood pressure (instead 90mmHg).
